Now comes the hard part.

It was much easier than I thought giving up the smokes when I was on holiday in Thailand. No stress and nothing to get hung up about; the only thing I really had to worry about was whether or not to buy more papaya or pineapple from a sidewalk vendor.

I gained six kilos in three weeks. I kind of figured that would happen.

It’s going to be rough for awhile in Korea because with the light teaching schedule I have for the next four weeks I am going to have all this free time on my hands. And I am so used to lighting up when I am working on the computer or reading.

I feel good though. Really good physically, but emotionally a wreck. Well, I have been down this road before. After all, I did quit for five years before.

Once I start working out again I will feel better. Now, just waiting for the ink I had done by Jimmy last week to heal. Next week I will be able to get back to the gym.
